The two articles that I have chosen to read are as follows:
1, Why Rejection Hurts So Much

2, How To Get Past Negativity Bias

Before beginning my analysis I would like to clarify that I am already well informed on criticism of my work. Before I had my photography criticised on, I used to be a professional minecraft builder. I know that sounds silly but its true. From the age of 14-19 I was commissioned to create all sorts of architectural structures and buildings in the game and from a young age I was given criticism ( both positive and negative).
1. Why Rejection Hurts So Much
I guess the first thing we always ask ourselves when we're rejected is "how can I stop feeling hurt". This article is very informative on the steps you should take when accepting criticism. The whole idea of the thread is to remind yourself not to take a hit to your self-esteem so personally. Whenever I am given criticism I find it very useful, although it may be negative it is still a reminder of where I can improve and how I can better myself and my projects.

2. How To Get Past Negativity Bias
Like the first article, this thread focuses more so on negative criticism and over-coming it. In one section it states to have a positive reaction to negative bias. Whether it is good or bad criticism, I believe it is always right to take it to heart and research their criticism.
